We are in the beginning stages of a full 2600 sq ft addition and remodel of a residence in Capitola CA. The home is uniquely positioned in an ESHA habitat which adds to its nature leaning design. Claw has designed and expedited the project all the way to permitting along with the full build. We pushed the project through in 7 months in a difficult building department that was understaffed. We pride ourselves on our ability to finish complex projects and help customers navigate the difficulties of building with full transparency.
